The yard suffered from compacted soil, inconsistent drainage, and damaged turf. The homeowner also wanted multiple features installed within a tight timeline while minimizing disruption to neighboring properties.Our Solution
We began with a full property cleanup and regrading to correct drainage issues. A retaining wall was installed to level the yard and define planting areas. We then installed a paver patio for seating and entertainment, followed by fresh sod and a modern irrigation system to ensure long-term lawn health. Planting and mulch were added to tie everything together visually.
